It is a straightforward, well-established structure: you retain the property and its rental income; we operate the care and take the care-fee income. You carry no operational burden and no care risk; we bring no property capital. The result for a property owner is long-term occupation, stable and appropriate referrals, lower turnover than ordinary lettings, and a professional, regulated operator standing behind the home.
